Sankofa Daily preserves and popularizes Black history — accurately, accessibly, and independently. Whether you’re a journalist on deadline, a brand that shares our values, an institution, or a foundation, this page has what you need to start.
Fast facts
Sankofa Daily is an independent, YouTube-first Black-history media brand. Every claim is receipted with primary sources (Library of Congress, National Archives, the Schomburg Center), and every day it publishes a new sourced statistic on African American life. Its mission: tell the history school skipped — the untold figures, hidden events, and roots before slavery — and own the audience directly so the work can never be quietly erased.
Ways to partner
We work with partners who share the mission — and we protect the trust of our audience above all.
Values-aligned brands and organizations can sponsor episodes or series. Clearly disclosed, never at the expense of accuracy or editorial independence.
Museums, publishers, and educators can license Sankofa Daily video, infographics, and stat packs for exhibitions, curricula, and platforms.
We welcome funders supporting Black history and cultural preservation. Grant support keeps this work free and independent of ad algorithms.
Schools, districts, libraries, and HBCUs — let’s talk bulk licensing, custom lesson packs, and co-created classroom resources.
Historians, archivists, and creators: co-produce an episode, contribute expertise, or cross-collaborate on a topic.
Journalists and producers — reach out for interviews, quotes, expert commentary on Black history in the news, or b-roll.
